filter pump must be on and go to devices on you should be able to turn on aquapure make sure 4 pin is connected to aqualink

Look up Zodiac Pool systems, on the web site you can find a list of service providers in your area. You may be looking at replacing your automation at this point.

Need more info. Model and voltage to unit. Is it connected to automation?

There is probably a drain valve somewhere near the control panel ... forgetabout it ... too slow.

Best way is to get a small pump and pump it away. Next best is wet dry (shop vac). My favorite is siphon ... dont have to buy anything or drag anything out ... only a hose. By the time my water is out ... I have had time to do the necessary surface cleaning and waxing.

make sure 4 pin connector for aquapure is plugged into multilex board so you can see it

check to see if JVAs are on and in the correct position

check to see if 4 pin red plug is plugged in and tight also check for cut wire

if it was on channel 5 should sync up if new PDA is 900 mhtz old antenna is probably 800 mhtz see what you have

make sure the light is pluged in a port that is for like a spare aux. any time you add programs you must hit the store button.

go to the aqualink and pressthe button below auto and service put in auto then turn PDA on

make sure there isnt a spa program it the system

water too cold only works over 60 degrees also check salinity

Turn the breaker to the system off. Wait 30 seconds than turn it on. Should reboot. Try cycling through auto, service, time out

high speed is an aux and low speed should be another aux if to run all day designated program to each aux

try turning off aqualink then turning back on then the PDA if still same check in the front case make sure 4 pin red connector is connected and tight make sure the wire going to the antenna isnt cut

need more info will system go into service and can you control if not bad pcb board

make sure it is not in maintain mode turn off maintain and you can control again

is it hooked up to the 4 pin wire make sure filter pump is on then go into set up if on zero it eill not show up either

Best way & the most recommended is to use an auxiliary Submersible pump. If you don't have one, a rental yard, or even Home Depot / Lowes or a DIY Center in your area has one. NOTE **** - Very Important - Do NOT drain all the way to the deep end. Drain in 3 parts. Place pump into shallow area about 1 foot lower than the shallow floor. Then drill a hole all the way to the earth below. Then move pump half way down and restart draining process. When water is exposed half way down, drill another hole. Then move the pump to the bottom of the pool shell. When empty, drill a 3rd hole. WHY, you may ask? Take a look at this: Because of Hydrostatic water pressure in the ground (Possible High water table) at the pressure will pop your pool right out of the ground.
