I have a Troy built mustang z turn 54 all the ground wiers are getting power
This is typical symptom for a loose engine mounting bolt that holds the main battery ground wire and control circuit ground wire.
First check that the fuse and fuse connection in socket are good. See

If fuse is good then likely there is no continuity from the battery negative post to the unit frame. I'm not familiar with this exact model however the typical wiring for this type of machine has a central common or grouping distribution point for grounds with a wire leading to an engine mounting bolt (frame ground) that includes the battery negative cable. Check that all (typical 4) engine mounting bolts are tight.
