sounds like its not picking up or hard drive HDD or that its not booting from it 1st thing to check is if ur system sees the hdd u can see it in the bios on the first screen where it starts booting up and says ur manifacturer itl say something like press f2 to enter bios press it look around till u find the primery hdd is one showing or is it saying not found ? if showing itl say manifacturer and size ie samsung e123 500G or something once u checked exit without saveing if it dont show u have a bad connection or a broken hard drive check connections and let us know the results and a little more info on how u get to this message would help us i expect its the case u cant get windows to load up u just get this error message because the laptop cant comunicate with the hard drive and windows is loaded on that hard drive it could be that its seeing ur hard drive however the operateing system is too badly corrupted to run if this is the case laptops often have a backup made at the plant u press a cuple of keys at start up to run a restore im not sure what keys off hand or you can start in safe mode running only basic parts of the os enough to get on and fix things failing that if ur picking up the drive just fine and cant get ur old operateing system to run reinstall the os ( windows etc )going by the info given id say its dead or poor connection to the hdd given that its a lap top its less likely to have a bad connection because there is no wire it slots straight in to the board so chances are its dead but till u check the bios to see if its being picked up at all who can tell yes there is usualy a small message on the starting up screen where the motherboard detects installed hardware and it shuld say it there not detected point is check the cmos see if ur picking up ur primery hdd and we will go from there

u can open devices and printers section and try to add it manually. It will open a discovery window to look for the camera. Make sured it is connected to ur computer with usb cable. If it still can"t check ur tosiba site. or u can try a different usb port as well

go to you computer store and ask for adapter that will be the cheaps say to go ask for PC to TV CABLES

Hi if you want reset bios password ( asume you forget it) You need reset bios find reset CMOS jumper or take out battery for few sec. All settings in BIOS will be reset. Let me know if you need more help

no easy way to crack the password. More likely your outlook account has corrupted. This often happened between office 2007 and vista.
In outlook, you can delete the account in settings, and open a new account and simply import the .pst to the new account. Before deleting, take a copy of the .pst (for safety)
You can download thunderbird (from mozilla) which will read your outlook .pst without asking for your password.
