I replaced a black toner

if the problem started only after replacing the toner, u can look if there is something went into the printer while replacing the toner. open the door & look carefully for any object/dust inside the printer.
may be there may be damage done during replacing the toner. try to replace a new toner & watch the results. printing cool down mode indicates that fuser assembly which is inside of printer is hot & will take time to cool down. there may be a problem in that fuser assembly.

My HP CP 1518ni printer's alert says front

Hi there! You can easy check if the front door sensor is broken.Open the front door at look for a little hole in the right or left.In that hole you should see little metal lever.Take something thin and long and carefully push that lever. It should make a "click" sound. If the printer detects that the lever has been pushed down the message should go away.In that case the plastic that is located on the front door is broken and can`t push down the metal lever.Even after pushing down the lever the message is there, you need to open the printer and check if the sensor is working fine.If the sensor is working, then you have problem with your DC board and you need to replace it, which will cost you allot of money and time:D.So please replay if you have any other questions about something.Thank you for using Fixya.com!!!

I have a HP laserjet CP1518ni and the envelopes

Put a slight curl on envelopes. The curled stack should go toward the back of the tray. This will enable the printer to pick up easier.

Documents are not printing centered on the page -

    hi,
i think when you get a printing not centered, its a problem of the polygon mirror of the laser unit, the mirror was not calibrated properly, when the exposition step start, the laser motor must be in constant speed, if the speed change printing will not be correct,so you must disassemble the LSU and check if there is a foreign body. but the best solution is changing ths LSU.
