They should have come with the TV. Sometimes they are screwed into the place where they attach the stand to the TV. Sometimes in a small bag with the stand or with the remote.

This is either a screen issue or t-con board issue. If the tabs on the ribbon cables are not bonded to the screen correctly this can occur and it is not fixable. However you can try reseating the ribbon cables at the other end where they come out of the t-con board.

For which remote exactly? Each manufacturer of programmable/learning remotes has their own code base and unique numbers for each code. When vieing it from behind the right one with the hdmi and the rca plugs is the one to try first but if you could say more about your problem before purchasing any of the boards I could be more usefull

It may need to be set to your PC connection: RGB, HDMI, USB, etc You would have to set the source to which ever connection you are using. !st try to turn it on by pressing the power button that is on the TV as the connection may have disabled the remote. Good luck
