With a small screw driver and a steady hand. Set the knob to the temp u want then pull knob off. Inside the stem there is a little screw. Try and regulate it slowly also allow it enough time to reach the desired temp. Good luck.

Fan stays on long after oven is shut off in brand
loads of ovens do this. It's a pain, especially if you eat in the kitchen. If you switch the appliance off and on at the wall it usually stops it. Why the fan stays on, god knows. pointless.

Oven Burners not lighting completely
It's the igniters. They increase in resistance as the elements age and decreases the current required to heat the spring element in the gas valve.
Replace both igniters.

Igniter keeps clicking
Each one of them burners has a switch mounted on the stem.
You must remove the knobs, escrucheons, and a few screws to get the facing off so that you can diagnose. Remove a wire from each spark switch till the ticking stops.
Replace switch as
necessary.

Oven not working -makes a buzzing sound when turned OFF!
You just need to adjust your door latch assm. Try putting a little oil on the latch and arm. The sound you hear is the solenoid trying to pull the latch arm all the way back to lock the door. Even though it is pulling the arm back and the door locks it may not be all the way back. A little lubrication will fix the problem.

I have a dual fuel
1.Switch the "Kitchen" circuit breaker to "On" if the surface burner units and the oven are not working. Sometimes the range will experience a power surge in the middle of a cooking session that causes this to happen.
2.Close the door when the "Close Door" display scrolls across the screen after you select the "Broil" mode. The "Close Door" display will always appear when "Broil" is selected.
3.Tighten or replace the light bulb if the light doesn't appear when you open the oven door.
4.Allow the range to cool down before attempting to set the "Self-Clean" function. The range will not clean when it's already hot before the process starts.
5.Press the "Clear/Off" pad if there's excessive smoking. Wait until the "Locked Door" light goes off before you wipe up the excess soil and attempt to use the oven again.

My viking oven door has
The door slides onto the two hinges and is held in place with two gravity operated latches. I'm not sure of the condition of your range but it sounds like the door was forced or lifted rapidly allowing the one side to release. The only solution I know of is to remove the other side and reinstall. The hinges have multiple locking positions so the next time you are cleaning your oven, open the door about 8 inches, find the small latches in the door hinge groove, and hold them upwards as you lift the door towards yourself.
The hinges should remain slightly opened. For installation, lower the door onto the hinge posts and pull it outwards slightly.
