Condensation leak on downflow AC system
It sounds as though the ac has done this for a long time, may be since it were new.Does it cool good when it is on?Or does it take a long time for it to do the job?I am thinking, from day one the ac unit was charged, incorrectly,There is air in the system, and not the proper amount of freon. This would give a tech.a false reading if he where to attach ac gauges up to read pressures. It has happened before. The ac units are charged with a machine, and between freon and the machine it traps air,and pushes it in the system. The machine is set to a certain amount of freon to charge. When the machine senses that amount of freon has been injected into the unit,it shuts off.My advice would be to evacuate and recharge the system to spects, with manual gauges. This would assure the right amount of freon, and the tech.would be able to do this with his eyes closed, and know it is done right,ac men know there gauges,I know, for I am one myself.Let me know some feedback on this

The limit switch on the inducer has tripped. There are two wires that go to a small disk about the size of dime that has a small button in the center. Push this little button and you will feel a littl snap and the unit should fire up. Check all the manual reset limits as well. If the unit still won't start, jump the two wires by bypassing the limit switch. If it starts, then replace the switch. Bypassing the switch is only temporary and could lead to death if it is used as a permenant fix.

the flame detector rod is dirty? try cleaning with sand paper and scraping also. there should be a small amp. reading threw wire coming from flame detector rod. in milli amp range. increases when running. some times i use a jumper to hold gas valve on once started to allow time to test amps.

The line is frozen and the fan will not shut off. How do I turn the fan off?
Shut off the electric to your furnace.
the reason that the line is frozen is because of one two things:
First there is enough air passing over the A coil on your furnace.
Could be dirty filters - closed vents- furnace fan will not run/ stops and starts (bad motor).
Second the charge on your a/c unit is low.

Very loud when fan is running
This is likely caused by a faulty blower motor bearings, or the fan has something in it or it could possibly have broken. Shut down power to unit, remove cover and inspect the fan shaft, blades, and spin it. it should freely spin. If it hangs up you likely have a bad blower motor.

The filter slides out of the bottom of front grill. If there is no room to slide it down and out, remove the 2 screws (1 on each side) then remove front grill to access filter.
My blower motor doesn't blow air out the air ducts why
Check for a frozen cooling coil. Turn the fan to the on position at the thermostat and the cooling to off. Your cooling coil may be iced over. Allow it to run in the fan only mode until the coil has had a chance to defrost. At the outside unit you may see the large line is frosted. This is the visual indication for a frozen coil. When you return the A/C to cooling use it with the fan on while in the cooling mode.
My Blower starts and stops early causing the lines
Your fan motor might be on the way out, and causing the motor's internal overload to trip.Try feeling the fan motor with the palm of your hand after it trips out.If it's hot (without using test instruments), then I'm willing to bet that fan motor is defective. If it has a variable speed ECM motor, it could just be the electronic module on the back end. some manufacturers will allow you to buy the module separately. If it's an ECM, contact me after you get an ohmmeter and I'll walk you through it. I have a simple inexpensive fix
