No The sim card for the older models is not the same size as the new iPhone 5. You can take your old sim card to your provider and they can make you a sim card to fit your new phone.

I think there is a problem with your speaker. Better check it through a Apple authorized service provider.

1. Settings -> General -> VPN (should be not connected, if this is a personal device)

Download said pix to documents, bring up documents on one side of screen, photo folder on other side of screen, right click and hold on the pix and drag over to photo folder(unopened) and release the mouse button. When the pix folder disappears from the documents folder, it's done.

if you fit the sim in the tray correctly then the most probable cause for your problem is that something is in the way remove the cover by unscrewing the two screws in the bottom of the phone and sliding the back cover upwards.. before doing that try blowing inside the sim area ..just to make sure that the problem can't be solved without removing the cover. after removing the cover you will see the tray track and see the problem.
