Not sure if your problem is removing the Hex bolts or pressing the axel out. Either way what you have tried is all you can do at home. Pop down to your local engineering work shop. They can press is out in no time. Max they'll charge is half an hour around $40 they may do it for free if in a good mood.

I'm not sure the board fits the Bee+ Check with Bugaboo Customer Service If you can find a shop with Mutsy's try their board. It's a far better design and we use one on our Cameleon it has a set of rubber adaptors for the Chameleon. Frog & Gecko but the Bee has a higher and not so wide back bar so check first.

Sharp hobby knife and tweezers are the best way to clear out hair. Be it a stroller or a kids toy.

This sounds like that stroller has not been properly erected. If you run your hands down either side of the handle bars until you reach the seat, you will see red, then green indicator that should be visable when you have opened the stroller, if one side is not showing the green indicator, then you need to put your foot on the brake and pull with your hand whilst pushing with your foot until you hear an audible click. If this does not work, I would strongly suggest that you contact either your retailer or www.bugaboo.com for more help.

In short, no. There are no buggy boards that are suitable for the Bee.

you have a 2 year warranty so take it back to the shop and ask them for a replacement chassis they should not give you any hassle. If they do go to www.buggypitstop.co.uk and see if they can help you.

You must take it back to the shop and get them to ask bugaboo to send you a free replacement you have a 2 year warranty if you pushchair is over just over the warranty some shop will still send it back for you. Also check out www.buggypitstop.co.uk they do repairs on Bugaboo and they have a very good service.

Your pushchair should be covered under warranty so take it back to shop and ask them to replace the chassis for a new one before the problem you have will only get worse as time goes on. check out this site they give good advise www.buggypitstop.co.uk
