Hi For Quinny Buzz 2007-2010 model there are two seat fabrics. The infant stage seat fabric is a thicker, neoprene fabric for newborn babies up to approximately 18 months old. The 2007 model came with a single thick seat fabric which customer feedback indicated became too small for older children, so the 2nd stage seat fabric was introduced and all Buzz models between 2007-2010 have two seat fabrics depending on the age and size of the child using it. The 2011 model has a single seat fabric suitable from birth right up until about 3.5 years of age.

In addition improvements have been made on the chassis overall as with any new product each time a new updated version is released but the basic chassis structure remains the same and spare parts are interchangeable to an extent.

The 2007-2010 models would have come with the Buzz box as standard, and the Buzz shopping basket was a seperate accessory: For the 2011 model the Buzz shopping basket comes as standard (Customer feedback indicated it would be more popular and useful) and the Buzz box is a seperate accessory.

hi pull handle most way out the 2 black plastic bits shove in & the handle bar comes completely out.

Hi undo the straps at the top inside the cover, poke your finger in there, once undone add the extender the add straps to that.

Yes there is an inner tube which sounds as if it has a puncture. I bought replacement inner tubes off e bay for mine when the same happened to mine. You can then either take the tyre off yourself and replace the tube (bit fiddly unless you have a suitable tool like a strong screwdriver for releasing the tyre) or try taking it to your local bicycle shop who could no doubt remove and refit the tyre for you for a small fee.

Same thing happened to ours. You can buy the spare part from Dorel UK but it's really fiddly to put together.

You will need to get in touch with Dorel UK, they will replace the frame and give it a full service at the same time.You will need to send the stripped down frame to them via courier. If you can, ask a local Quinny supplier if they can send it back on your behalf. John Lewis did it for us.

you can buy what are called "arms" these then attach to the quinny to take the car seat or the lay down cot. hope this helps!!

you take the wheel off by pushing in a button at the side of the wheel on the inside, it is a quick release wheel and it simply clicks back in when it's been repaired. hope this helps!!

This sounds like you need a replacement gas cylinder. This is not something that you can do yourself and would need to be undertaken by a qualified person. You need to contact either your retailier or www.dorel.co.uk

You can buy all the types of buzz wheels (front 3 wheel unit, front 4 wheel fork unit, front 3 all terrain air inflated unit and rear wheels) direct from Dorel, go to http://www.dorel.co.uk/contact-us/ or Tel: 01842 763281., they are always super helpful and very nice. Or you can buy them from this retailer (which I found to be a good deal cheaper) http://babyequipmentcomplete.com/main_site/main/index.php?pge=check or on ebay which are definitely more expensive for new wheels, but perhaps not for used ones. If you undo the shoulder pads on the straps, you will see a metal hook, undo this hook and you will then be able to slide these through the holes in the footmuff. If you are finding the straps a little too short, I would suggest that you contact www.quinny.com who will be able to send you some harness extenders straps.
