Remove the agitator lid, then about 6 inches down there will be a 7/16 nut screw remove it then u can remove the upper portion of agitator, and then use a rope, wire and something to pry the bottom piece agitator up and remove it.

Typically, that would be caused by failure of a cheap chinese control board. In fact, failure-prone chinese control boards are at the heart of virtually all premature failures of modern appliances. They usually only last just long enough to span the warranty period. There should be an electrical schematic diagram attached to the back of the unit. You may be able to use that to identify the faulty part. Don't be surprised if the replacement board costs alot more than it's size and simplicity might indicate.

bad inlet valve maybe? try changing the hot and cold hoses opposite to each other and see what happnes? sometimes u can just clean the water inlet valve screens where the hoses connect? hardwater can plug a line quickly

Yup bad water inlet valve. u can try inter changing the hot and cold water and see what happens. But to chnage it out u have to remove the housing or body to get to it, not a very difficult job, u can also check the valve with a multi meter for continuity

If I remember correctly a putty knife 2 inches from the side in front when pushed in the slot at the crevice should unlash the top from the body?

Machine is not that old, the wash cycle water intake is ok? maybe bad water inlet valve? try seeing how it works on only cold and only hot water, change the hose lines from hot to cold and see what happens? as for the fabric thingy may have abad clogged line or a tiny hole in line and its going elsewhere

That's a normal result of the spin cycle which wrings the excess moisture out of the fabrics. The wrinkles should disappear, or be significantly reduced, after running them through a clothes dryer, or hanging them properly for line drying. However, more wrinkles will remain if you allow the damp clothes to remain in the washer too long before drying.

Hum sounds like a bad thrust washer on the agitator spindle but that should not effect water overflow? may be wrong and it could be a bad water pressure switch, if it does not detect water level it can allow an overfill? check with a multi meter for continuity. if u mean the basket is leaning in 1 direction to low then u may have bad balance counter weights or the metal has corroded and the drum cannot be held firmly when under pressure.

u mean the felt seal or rubber seal in washer

Its normaly the timer when that happens , check to see if it's running a full cycle

Things or items can and do tend to get stuck in them and can rub between the tub and the inner housing causing that ugly scraping sound. have to remove the body housing and have a better look at it

Take off the top, this exposes screws for the front plastic faceplate. Once that's off, it exposes screws for the front. There are another 3 or 4 screws at the floor. Note you'll need to prop front up (I used wood blocks) to get to the screws near the floor. Not enough clearance for even a screwdriver.

Cold water inlet solenoid is not working or the inlet screen is plugged. Unhook the cold water hose from the washer and see if the screen isn't plugged. If not, then the solenoid that controls the water isn't working.
