This sounds like a clogged Lint Filter. The filter (looks like a screen) is located on the Tank Cap. Remove it and clean and put it back. Don't run the unit without the filter. If that doesn't work then try the Flow Indicator Filter (Turn the Flow Indicator cap counter-clockwise to remove it, lift out the rotor and filter. Clean filter and reassemble in reverse order. That clear cover you have to put properly. In the midlle you have small noch that needs to be engadged (locket).Try to slide front clear cover on the base and don't forget to put 2 screws
