Press and hold the lower right button to display the date, then press the lower left button. If now all the weekdays are turned off, the hourly signal is turned off too. If the weekdays are turned on by this operation, the signal is turned on.

If I were you, I would go to the <a href="http://siliconewatchonline.com">silicone watch</a> manufacturer's website and check to see what they have there. If there isn't an instruction booklet online, simply call, email, or chat the customer service representative.

One of the dials should be seconds so you won't be setting that, the other two should be day and date, when you pull the stem and crown all the way out you can set the time there is a halfway setting ( pull the stem halfway out) if you turn one way it's the day of the week the other way is the date. Hope this helps! Also what appears to be a second hand on the dial a lot of times is actually a stopwatch.
