I will assume this is a Caster swivel type of wheel which is what is used in Cribs and other movable household furniture. What you must do is take the old Caster wheel to a local Hardware store and match it up to a stock item Casters are sold by size of the wheel, it is not going to be the exact one but I am sure based on my past experience you can get very close. I have also provided a web site link to a supplier of all types of Caster wheels, you can contact them for help finding what you need here, also below is a picture of a typical swivel Caster wheel found on things like Cribs.

I got this item in when I search through their DeltaRecall.com website with a Youtube video instruction, and a pdf Assembly instructions (click here). But when I go through the assembly instruction notes, it seems the model is different. I am not sure since I myself haven't seen the exact model.

I have a little doubt, there seem to be two models with the similar model number i.e. # 4925-2 and # 4925-6 and both of them are in the recall list (click here).

Everywhere, they suggest their customers to contact them at 800-377-3777. Call them on the number and ask them to give you the instructions, they will email you the instructions to your email.

Are you looking for an entire crib, or just a stabilizer bar? If you just need the stabilizer bar, then contact Delta for a replacement part. They make several models of cribs, many which have different hardware for connecting the stabilizer bar to the crib, so you have to have the exact model #. Did your stabilizer bar break? That shouldn't happen in the normal life of a crib. You should photograph what happened to it and report the incident to the CPSC at www.cpsc.gov.
