My SD Card Stuck inside!!
My guess on why it is stuck is that you put it in backwards. You can try just pushing down on it slightly and seeing if it pops back out, or you can tke the route of needle-nose plyers
Kodak EX 1011 does not recongnize memory card
On the contrary. The EX1011 is designed to work with SD cards. Your 4GB card is actually an SDHC card. While it fits into the slot, it is electronically incompatible and the frame will not recognize it as a memory card. You need to use SD cards, 2GB and smaller.
I can't see my computer
Hello,
Please note that I can not see what the other expert posted, I can only see your posts. Anyway, how is your computer connected to the digital frame? Is it through a cable or wireless? If you are trying to connect it wireless, your computer should be connected to a "wireless network" by using a router with wi-fi capability. Do you have a wireless network?
Hear a click then the panel shuts off
Try these troubleshooting steps:
1. Turn the frame off.
2. Unplug the power cable from the wall outlet.
3. Remove any memory card or flash disk from the frame.
4. Connect the power cable directly to a wall outlet.
5. Turn the frame on.
6. Use a paper clip to press the button inside the pinhole on the back of the frame.
If after trying the above steps and the frame still have the same problem, then we need
to send the frame in for a repair as per warranty guidelines.
Your frame will be repaired per warranty guidelines. A product is warranted for 1 year from the date-of-purchase. For an In-Warranty repair, a “Proof-of-Purchase” is required. Kodak picture frame will not turn on, has no reset
I had this same issue. I hadn't used my frame in about a year and wanted to turn it on to show photos during the holiday gatherings. When i turned it on it would boot up then shut off. I realized the cord I was using wasn't the original cord and the output voltage was too low to power the frame. Make sure you are using the correct ac/dc cord.

Digital Frame Kodak EX1011 turn off after few seconde
This seems to be a known problem with Kodak digital frames. I have one and had this problem, hence me searching the net and finding this site.
Anyway, I think I solved my problem when I changed the picture transitions from random to just left swipe. It hasn't turned off since unless it's on the off schedule. I noticed it not showing anything but then I heard audio on one of the videos I had in the USB drive. This meant that it's still on but it's just not showing anything. Changing the transition to just left swipe kept it on. My guess is that some fade to/from black is messed up and kept the screen black. I've had this frame for years so maybe it's just due to age.
