My client has a apple I phone and we know that you

My guess from your first example is the site is using java to show the images on the site. These images are nothing more than jpegs. The other has a flash movie or object embedded on it. So, the iphone won't see it.
There are a few browsers for iOS devices (iphones) that let you view flash content on your phone by converting flash into HTML 5.
These are a few browsers for iphone that support this. Be warned, they don't work with all flash objects/videos and sites. But, are an option your client can try.
Skyfire http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/skyfire-web-browser/id384941497?mt=8
Cloud Browser http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cloud-browse/id394418635?mt=8
Unfortunately, Apple hates Flash. So, they've eliminated that from there phones.
Hope that helps.

I updated my iphone 3g TO 4.2 and now its not

if your phone is unlocked then you have to downgrade the IOS to at least 4.1
If it is on At&T and they are your carrier,m then call them or apple and can be fixed or replaced.

4.2 ios will have problems if you have it unlocked or jailbroken.

I just see an apple

1. Connect your iPhone to iTunes.
2. Hold the Home button and the Power button at the same time for 10 seconds.
3. After exactly 10 seconds, release the Power button but keep holding the Home button for 10 seconds or until iTunes pops up a message saying that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. At this point, click OK, then click "Restore" in iTunes.

When i turn the iphone on and wait but suddenly it

I suggest you try connecting it to iTunes when you start it up, if same thing, You can put your iPhone into DFU mode then connect it to iTunes and from there see if you can restore your iPhone or fix the repeat boot issue.
By any chance is this Jailbroken as a failed upgrade via iTunes with a JB iDevice can cause this (previous experience).
Step 1. Turn off your iPhone. Step 2. Hold down the power and home button. Step 3. When you see the Apple logo, release the power button but continue holding the home button down. Step 4. Open iTunes and wait for it to tell you that its in restore mode.
Alternative Method: Step 1. Connect iphone to USB then listen to the sound when it connect and disconnect. Step 2. Hold the home and power buttons until hear the disconnect sound then release power button. Step 3. Wait until you hear another sound then release home button.

My iphone is a 3gs

Best bets is to restore your iphone as a new iphone, the software in the phone is causing an issue within it causing it to restart...Hope this helps..

Use the following steps to restore your device:
  1. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed and running before attempting to update.
  2. Connect your device to your computer.
  3. Select your iPhone when it appears in iTunes under Devices.
  4. Select the Summary tab.
  5. Select the Restore option.
  6. When prompted to back up your settings before restoring, select the Back Up option (as seen in the image below). If you have just backed up the device, it is not necessary to create another.
    ht1414_03--back_up_settings-002-en.jpg
  7. Select the Restore option when iTunes prompts you (as long as you've backed up your device, you should not have to worry about restoring your phone).
    ht1414_04--restore_dialog-002-en.jpg
  8. Once the restore process has completed, the device restarts and displays the Apple logo while starting up:
    ht1414_05--restored-002-en.jpg
iPhone only: For the iPhone only, after a restore, the iPhone displays the "Connect to iTunes" screen. Keep your device connected until the "Connect to iTunes" screen goes away or you see "iPhone is activated." If iTunes does not have an Internet connection, you cannot complete this step.
    ht1414_06--connect-002-en.png ht1414_07--activated-002-en.png
  9. The final step is to restore your device from a previous backup. Once your device is restored and-in the case of the iPhone-in the process of activating, you should be able to see the following in iTunes:
    ht1414_08--set_up-003-en.png
Select the backup you want for your device and select the Continue button to complete your device's restoration.
If you do not want to restore from backup, select "Set up as new..."

My iphone 4 is locked .is on 4.1 baseband 02.10.04

Unlock:

Plug it into iTunes with it at the unlock screen. Somewhere it should say "Unlock your iPhone" or something like that in iTunes. Click it. Otherwise do a restore by going to the screen where it shows how much memory you have used up in iTunes and click

Download the latest iTunes to your computer and reset the iPhone. Then re-sync it.

Reset

To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds. During this time, a red "power off" slider may appear and the screen may go black, but do not release Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.

If iPhone won't turn on, or the display freezes or doesn't respond

  1. Press and hold the Home button for at least six seconds, until the application you were using quits.
  2. If that doesn't work, turn iPhone off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPhone for a 10 seconds until a red slider appears, and then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
  3. If that doesn't work, reset iPhone. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

More resets:

Try This:1. Remove Sim Card2. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until Apple logo appears3. Replace Sim Card4. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until normal phone screen appears. Also, Try this:1.) Shut down the iPhone 3G.2.) Start up iTunes3.) Hold down HOME button on the iPhone 3G4.)
