Sounds like they got fried by the water. You just can't expect rice to heal the electronic components (although it will take away the water). It would probably be cheaper just to buy an new iPhone than to get it repaired.

there is a problem with your 30 pin dock connector it seems to think there is an unauthorized accessory plugged in if your phone is under warranty contact apple to have it replaced if not find a local repair shop

No Service when you insert a sim card means one of two issues:

1.) You are inserting a Sim Card that is with a provider other than the one your phone is locked with.

2.) Your Sim Card has been rendered disabled by your provider, possibily for payment issues among other things. You need to speak with your provider in this case.

If you recently updated the phone, you may have removed your unlock. Updated the phone software also updates the baseband. If you updated your baseband to the most current version, you may not be able to use the phone until a new hack is released.
