My Champion juicer made noise when I started and
Most likely it will need an overhaul. If you are a "Do It Yourself'er" then you can order a "kit" from the Champion Juicer folks over the phone or through e-mail. When I called, they said it runs about $65 plus shipping. This "kit" is not available on their web site. You'll have to call or e-mail their support staff - which (by the way), is very friendly! Thanks, Chris I. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at

How do i clean this thing? thanks,
Hi,
Thank you for contacting fixya.com.
A motor that
rotates a blade called a cutter blade usually runs a juicer. This blade should
be carefully cleaned after each use, if not it can become sticky or even vacuum
locked, which will make it hard to remove when you do decide to clean it. If
you have found that your champion juicer cutter blade has become a permanent
part of your champion juicer, follow the directions below to help remove it.But
you need to be careful as improper technique may damage the machine.
Place a book or small object under the rear of the champion juicer to help elevate
and tilt the juicer forward. Be sure to use a flat object so the juicer can
stand without falling and possibly becoming damaged.
Insert a small
screwdriver between the stainless steel portion of the motor hub and the back
side of the cutter. Insert another small screwdriver a few inches from the
first one.Apply a few drops of coconut or olive oil between the screwdrivers
and let the juicer sit for a few minutes, to let the oil run down inside the
cutter.Tap gently on one of the screwdrivers to help loosen the blade. Gently
tap on the other screw driver to loosen the blade even more. Continue this
process until the cutter is completely removed from the juicer. Wash the blade
in warm soapy water and dry with a clean towel.
Please get back to us if you have
further query else please accept the suggestion.

Motor wont start. good power through switch. is
Hi,every PCB has fuse on it.It varies on the value of the fuse. When short circuit or overheating happens in the system .Fuse will trip off.usually for PCB fuse is replaceable. When it blown out it need to be replaced. Its like a normal fuse.when it blown out it should be replaced by another one.Now there might also a problem with the capacitor it will no longer take and supply power to the circuit. There might be some complications with the IC's on the circuit and if it will not be checked by a technician it may damage other IC's either.Or might be the Power supply or the DC transformer was damaged..Better check it with technician..Hope this helps..

the first solution is half right ... there are 2 hidden switches on the machine which are activated by shafts on the pulp container and on the top lid .if either is not on then machine will not work. possibly broke plunger on the pulp container ....or broken clip that holds the container in place

It worked when i took it out of the box, but since
this has happened to me, but i didn't have all the parts on correctly. if the 'case' is not put back on properly and the little nib flush it will not start. it should look exactly like your picture. sounds odd that there would be a problem. i have 3 of them LOVE THEM, (and i have other juicers as well) that we use as a family. I would NOT trade any of them I love them that much. In fact the one my parents bought 33 years ago I still have and it still works ;-) Don't give up, it's an excellent juicer!

The cutter is stuck how can I get the cutter off
I have had this happen in the past...couple things you might try.... put it outside or in the freezer to cool it down. next i have dumped olive oil 'around' the end of it that is butted against the unit- some should seeps down and then i used a dull butter knife or steak knife to wedge in there to pry it off.(genlty) in different positions. If it is rusted on, well that's another matter entirely. But if it's just stuck, could be that you haven't oiled it each time? or my other guess is they aren't making the cutters like they did 25 years ago as i have had 3 champtions and more problems with the new ones and cutters jamming (i put a coule drops of olive oil into the hole in the cutter each time). and as a last resort a big burly man with gloves and feet to hang on to it and jimmy it off LOL good luck ;-)

I cannot remove the blades from the shaft. This
Do not use WD40. Wear heavy leather work gloves. Lightly tap two flathead screwdrivers positioned opposite each other to initially pry the blade apart from the main body of the juicer. Alternate tapping on the screwdrivers until some of the shaft is exposed. Tilt the juicer towards the blade and drizzle olive oil on to the exposed shaft. Every few hours return juicer to stable upright position and use a hammer to lightly tap a screwdriver positioned at an angle that will not gouge the shaft. Rotate blade manually and tap in different positions. Keep juicer tilted towards blade in between tapping attempts to allow oil to penetrate shaft opening. Continue drizzling olive oil on shaft as it is exposed. Cutter may need replacement after this procedure. Use steel wool to thoroughly clean shaft. Soak Cutter blade in hot soapy water for two days.

Championjuicer.com sells replacement switches. Order the oil seal and o-ring too to save on shipping. Newer models have a safety cut off that does not allow the juicer to turn on unless all parts are properly positioned.
