Idog makes ipod malfunction??
There a lot of products out there that claim to be made for the ipod and other mp3 players. Usually, there are different problems;cheap, thin wiring sometimes can break. There can be loss of audio on the idog or any other speakers like fold out speakers. Cool or not, they are usually not well made. I had what I thought was a really nice set of speakers. Heh, after I plugged in the first time, my ipod was cracking in the speakers and the ear buds. Even though they are cool, light up, and are (what you think is) a good brand, it does't mean that it is well made. I suggest an Apple iHome.

How to charge a idog
You don't "Charge" iDog AMP'D, you change the battery pack located under it's hind feet. When your iDog does the intro when you turn it on every five seconds, that means it's time for some new batteries!

Amp'd turns on but turns off after intro.
I had this problem too, I was going crazy and worried about it, your iDog AMP'D Just needs new batteries, to change it, unscrew the metal screws that are located under it's back legs, and replace the old batteries with three new AA ones. Make sure they are good batteries!
Hope this helped!

How do u make it stop moving when u play music?
While your iDog AMP'D is in "Listening Mode", hold down it's tail, and press it's nose. Make sure that you keep holding it's tail down the entire time, even after you pressed it's nose. You should see a spinning light pattern, that signifys that the motor movements are off. To turn them back on, either turn off/on your iDop AMP'D, or do the same thing but hold it's tail upwards. If your iDog AMP'D growls instead, that means it was not in "Listening Mode", and simply wait for it to start showing light patterns to music, then try again.
Hope this helped!
