you can try some data recovery software. You can seehttp://www.asoftech.com/articles/mobile-phone-data-recovery.htmlIt tells the steps how to perform data recovery from mobile phone. If above does not work, you may have to format the memory card (use quick format), and then use above mentioned software to scan again the memory card and recover your files.

Hi i loackd my memory

Memory card in a locked condition, the data can be saved. There are two ways you can do:
1. Use the data recovery software (must be software full version). How: insert memory card, run the data recovery process, select the drive memory card, etc. Save the file to your hard drive recovery. After the data saved, memory card format (quick format), then restore the data into the memory card.

2. Quick format memory card, and do the data recovery process. So that data can be saved, do not do a full format, but do a quick format. Tools such as hard drives, flash drives, memory cards, when done quick format, data can be saved.

The dread "not formatted" error message generally indicates memory card problems. This can occur for many different reasons including a computer virus, memory card problem, power surge, or problems with the operating system. If you receive this type of error message, it is important that you act carefully to keep your important data safe. 1. Do NOT click "Yes" to format this memory card in case that the formatting process makes things worse. 2. Do NOT attempt to write anything new on this memory card in case of any data loss. 3. Download a memory card data recovery freeware to help you out: http://www.freeware-fix.blogspot.com/2013/03/memory-card-recovery.html In fact, this freeware has ever successfully saved all the inaccessible data of my friend off from his camera. So, I believe it can also work successfully on your camera memory card, too. Simply read more information of this freeware here: http://www.freeware-fix.blogspot.com/2013/02/photo-recovery.html 4. Do not save or back up all the restored data on the same memory card in case of any data loss. 5. After the data recovery process, simply format this memory card to see whether it can work functionally as before. In the future, you should learn a lesson to be more careful about your data and always back it up well.
