Stove won't heat
Oven was working, I had it on pre-heat, then I turned on the stove top, but the burners won't heat. When I turn on the stove top the stove makes a short BUZZ noise and the clock area lights up, when the burner is turned off all the lights go out. Please help, food prepared.
Thank You

Why doesn't my stove top and oven heat up
Check your circuit breakers in the power panel for a bad breaker. The breaker has a pin connecting both handles One breaker can trip without tripping the other. This condition will only allow 115 volts to operate the controls and light bulbs but will not power the heating elements.

I got the Oven door unlocked but...
Not sure what f-15 is either? Look on the back of the stove and see if there is a tech sheet. This will tell you the codes. My guess would be the lock motor has gone bad. You can check the motor by removing the wires from its terminals and check for resistance with an ohm meter. Make sure to unplug stove first! Was this after running a clean cycle? Let me know what you find.

How much are circuit boards for ovens?
Good Afternoon Friend, this is Z. Thank you for your post!
I understand you would like to know the price of the circuit board of your oven. Can you elaborate prior to your problem any other symptoms? For instance, did notice any error codes, or other strange functions? Also, may I have your model number please? You can typically locate the serial tag (which lists your model number) in the storage drawer, on the right side. With this information I can assist you better in pinpointing the problem before you take this step?

Frigidaire CFEF366GSA unlock oven door
Good Morning Friend,
I see that you are having trouble with your Frigidaire range, model# CFEF366GSA, and the oven door staying locked. I would start by pressing and holding down the "Clear/Off" button for 5-10 seconds. This should unlock the oven door.
If this does not work, I suggest giving your range a hard reset. You can do this by either unplugging it or cutting the power at the circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes.
After restoring power you will need to reset the clock. You will do this by entering in the time and pressing start.
If the door still has not unlocked, I would suggest contacting either the manufacturer or a local authorized technician. Hope this helps.
-Best Regards-

Large top element not working
Good Afternoon Dave, I am happy to assist you!
If only the large element of your Frigidaire range is not working but the other elements do function, then it sounds like the element itself might be faulty. Otherwise, your appliance is experiencing a potential wiring failure, switch or a communication issue with the EOC (Electronic Oven Control). This is not a normal DIY job so you might want to reach out to a local professional to determine the exact diagnosis. I hope this information helps to some degree.

F1 error code
Good Afternoon Lyle, thank you for allowing me to assist you!
Typically error code F1 indicates that a runaway temperature (overheating) issue has been detected. Let's try reprogramming your range by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is important to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn your range on. If the error code does not clear, at this point, I would suggest contacting a professional to proceed further. Most likely the RTD Probe (Resistance Temperature Detector) or the EOC (electronic oven control) will need replacing. Hope this helps!

Burner control not working
Hello Tom, thank you for your post!
I understand the burners on your Frigidaire range, FEF336BC, continue to stay on. Try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household breaker to the off position. Wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on your range. If these troubleshooting steps prove ineffective, you may wish to contact a professional as your range may possibly have a potential wiring failure, faulty EOC (electronic oven control) or burners.

Fridigaire model # FEF336ECG oven won't work on bake or broil
Hello Zena, thank you for allowing me to assist you!
Let's try reprogramming your range by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait roughly ten minutes and then turn your appliance on. An experienced service technician may need to further evaluate this issue if it was not resolved with the power reset. Your range could possibly be experiencing a potential wiring failure, faulty EOC (electronic oven control), sensor probe and/or bake or broil element(s). I would strongly recommend consulting a professional to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause.
Best regards!

The control is blinking F2
Hi Renay, thank you for your post!
If you are getting an error code F20, it usually means that
your range is experiencing a potential issue with the UIB (User Interface
Control). I would recommend, however, running a quick test to ensure that this
is not a false error code. You do this by resetting your oven by flipping the
breaker or unplugging it for approximately ten minutes. If resetting your range
does not correct the issue, please reach out to an expert technician to ensure
the appropriate replacement part is ordered and is installed correctly to
prevent future issues. I hope this information helps to some degree - thanks
for your question, and please do not hesitate to reconnect.

My display on the panel is partial
Hello Robert, thank you for your
inquiry!
I understand your display panel is only partial. Some possibilities why
this may be occurring include issues with your appliance's power supply, being
plugged into a GFI outlet, display toggle, or a faulty control panel.
I always recommend resetting your cooking appliance first. You can do so
by unplugging the range or flipping the circuit breaker for about 30 seconds
and then turning the appliance back on. If
the instructions above do not solve the problem, I am fairly confident that an
authorized service agent will be able to restore your appliance to its normal
operating condition. You can often locate a qualified service technician on the
manufacturer website.
Thanks
for allowing me the opportunity to assist you!
