If your refrigerator is not cooling, it could have floating restriction in the line or something more complicated like an issue with the sealed system that only a professional can repair. This can include the compressor not working, the evaporator fan not turning, or even coolant in the lines at incorrect levels to properly cool. It is typically normal to hear the compressor running, humming, or even to be a little warm. However, if you do not hear the compressor at all, I suggest cleaning the unit out including the coils you can reach (typically located in the bottom behind the toe grille) and make sure no food items are blocking any vents in the unit. Also try checking and see if the door seal is bad; place a dollar bill between the body of the freezer and the door. Now close the door. The dollar bill should stay in place and pull out with a small amount of resistance. If the dollar bill falls out when placed between the gasket and cabinet double check to see if the door is being blocked by anything stopping it from closing. Hi Candi, I don't know this model but most friges are the same, Check on the bottom back, there should be a radiator with a small fan installed. If the fan is not working this maybe your problem, It is not colling the gas. You also may have a gas leak or the gas compressor is not working or starting to work because of a faulty capcacitor.

I took the time to look up your Model # and you do have the right board. Jazz 14 Should just be a revision one higher than your origional. Describe to me exactly what happens when you try to program it. You may be missing one little step. Make sure you are doing every step exactly right. I too can miss one little confirmation stroke and it seems like it wont work. I Can email you the tech sheet for your model. This will show you how to test all the sensors, and the damper to determine why the FF side is getting too cold. I will also help on my end as much as i can

Contact a tech professional to diagnose the unit. You could have a floating restriction in the coolant lines and cannot easily be found on your own.

On a sxs refrigerator unit the freezer section actually cools the refrigerator side through a damper door/switch. If the refrigerator section is not cool like it should be, check the damper door for any ice blockages or debris. Clear if you can, yourself and watch it over the next 12-24 hours. If it still is not cooling contact a professional.

I personally would contact a professional because it could be a faulty compressor/motor or a problem with the communication from the control board.

The door on a refrigerator is an important component to the over all functionality of the refrigerator. A simple refrigerator door repair can potentially save hundreds of dollars in energy every year.
Check the Hinges
A misaligned door hinge can release cold air from inside the refrigerator, causing it to run less efficiently. If the door doesn't shut evenly it could be a problem with a hinge. The Door Gasket
