does your a/c have an alarm for short cycle? if the compressor is noisy you should read the run capacitor with a tester equipped with that function, and make sure that it has the correct voltage applied.

You failed to stipulate the make and model of refrigerator. Usually the information on how to remove a stuck filter is located in the owner's manual.

clean your condenser with air pressure to blow out the condenser or use spray bottle to wash down the condenser and fan blade wipe down and make sure all lint is removed from air flow passages!

replace the oil pressure transducer with a new one!

you have another leak it has to be found by an experienced person, usr nitrogen to pressurize the system to over 200 pounds pressure then check again, use squirt bottle with soapy water to find leak, if no leak to be found then the leak is where u are putting your service gauge manifold set on, the shreader vales are not setting!

this sounds to be a tricky kinda sensor fault , that's shutting it off , this is why it restarts when pwr is reset (resets safety shutdown) also this model is known to have control board faults due to control board being mounted right on blower housing (vibration) id have a tech ck it out they should be able to see if its a flame sense sensor or contrl board error

have a ac specialist check the charge pressure in the system I suspect that the refrigerant gas amount is not correct and the problem is that the pressures sensors are causing it to cycle according to the fluctating pressures
