P4M800PRO-M network adapter missing

If you're just looking for the network driver, try downloading the LAN driver off this site.

If it's not installing check to make sure it's being seen by the computer. Click on your start menu and right click on "Computer" (Vista/7) / "My Computer" (XP) and click "Manage". From here click on "Device Manager" and see if the network adapter is listed at all, or if there's anything with a question mark beside it. If there is then try and find out what the device is by right clicking on it and selecting "Properties", under the details tab you can select "Hardware Ids" and find a 4 digit code that comes after VEN_ and before the &. Go HERE and type in the vendor ID, click on the company that the vendor ID matches and search for the device. You can find it by matching the 4 digit code after the DEV_ under the same Hardware Ids list. Just use this to confirm that the device you're trying to install is actually the right one. If it isn't then download the correct driver, if it is then it seems you might have a damaged network card or something is wrong with the OS and is not allowing you to install.

If there's no sign at all of the adapter then there's a good chance the controller is broke and you'll have to look into either replacing the motherboard, or possibly finding an external adapter

I have a P4M800PRO-M thats getting an DMA error.

You are probably starting to have hardware failure. Since the DMA controller is in the chipset, the mother board will have to be replaced.

Keyboard and mouse wont work cant put my password

Unsure you have plugged them in to the right sockets it is an easy mistake to make. If you have them in the right sockets and this has just happened shut your pc down check the connectors are in properly, take them out then back in and reboot. post back if still the same.

I have elite mother board P4 M800 PRO M2 socket

This are things that need to consider in a computer speed performance:
1. Amount of ram memory(If you have only small amount of memory then your computer performance is poor.)
2. Speed of your processor(You should need at least a 1Ghz processor speed or more).

I suggest you increase your ram memory so that your computer will perform faster.

check the following:

3) open the CPU Heat-Sink with fan out of the socket..put some "Heat Sink Compound" (available in local electronics chip level spare market) between the cpu/processor and the CPU Heat Sink *** fan..resit/fit it tightly in position..
4) may b the smps itself may b defective/faulty or can't produce sufficient wattage supply..check the outputs of smps viz. 0v (black~ground); +12v (yellow); +5v (red, green~ps-on, violet~pg & grey~sb); -12v (blue); -5v(white); +3.3v(orange)..
the 'oscillator and error amplifier ic', or pwm switching regulator circuit..look for defective protector-transformer/resistance(esp 4.7k)/mosfet..
5) ur main/mother board..see with a debug card for mb error..

No Video

HI, all that you have stated in your post points to a damaged Video card at this point. the chip set is damaged and, the card has been rendered useless. If your video processing board is integrated, you will need to disable this section in the driver manager section.

After you have disabled the damaged integrated video processor, you will then need to purchase a stand alone video card to take the place of the integrated card that is damaged. use one of the PCI buses or AGP slot as well. Make sure the power supply ratings match up to the card.

Now, if your Video situation is stand alone, just replace the damaged card with a new card. this will fix this issue.

No activity on startup. Only fans spin up.. No video signal.

You may clean the memory board and video card connector with pencil easier and with alcohol the connectors and reinstall it. this will work. or you need to replace the power supply the orange wire 3.3v might be missing or red+5v, white-5v or the purple wire +5v
