kindly turn down the system upside and very near to the DVD BURNER there is a clip that you will have to use your hand to slide either backward or forward then you will push the DVD with your hand out while pressing the clip forward or backward according to the arrow it shows ok the refixing it you dont need to press it down anymore just slide the DVD in and a click sound shows you have drive it home.
