Hello! Most likely, error F 25 means that the aquasensor, the turbidity sensor of water, has failed. Possible reasons of this error: 1) Perhaps there was a clog in the system of draining the water. Dirty water does not merge and because of this the sensor shows muddy water. It is necessary to clean the drain filter; 2) Lime or scale on the turbidity sensor. Always use high-quality washing powders or add descaling agent 3) Dirty water got into the plumbing. Drain all the water and run the wash program in hot water. The washing machine should be empty.

Hi Jay , seems like there is something stuck in the drain pump . Clear the pump ( use a wet vac and open pump cap slowly to catch all that water ) . If that does work make sure you getting power from the wall. that should free those poor hostages ! GOOD LUCK APPLIANCES R'EN

IF you take the panel off the is below the door, there is a drain plug and you should take it out. YOU will get lots of WATER. Be ready. Clean this out and try again. The issue is most likely the water solenoid valve is bad or the board that controls it is bad. You can also find the tech sheet when you look for the drain. It has all the tests that you can run.

If you add a comment with the problem that led you to have a technician look at the washer, I will confirm which board is which. I suspect part 6 is the B board but I'm not certain of that. sounds very like the bearing are gone i am afraid not good news its quite expensive to replace them if your machine is splitable
