AWM 8121 NOT DRAINING OR SPINNING PROPERLY
that isn't a good model number, open the door, look around the opening where you put the clothes in and next time send the model number off of the machine,if you can't get it to drain and water is in the machine get a shop vac, suck out the water from the tub, then go to the pump, loosen the center of the pump until water starts to come out vac it up until no more water comes out, remove the center catch and see if there's junk in there,if so this is your problem, stick the nozzle of the vac inside and clean out the inside, put it back together and see if it will drain

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
If the door is closed the 'door open' indicates there is a problem with the door lock. Either the locking solenoid or the door lock sensor is malfunctioning and requires attention. Sorry- Service call!

Door seal leeks. The rubber
Sounds like your bellows is worn and has begun to leak. Here's the way to change it...
The bellows will have a retaining wire on both the front panel and plastic tub interfaces. You need to remove the front panel wire first. Simply pull the lip forward until you can see the wire. Use a pliers or screwdriver to remove it. Peel the bellows off of the front panel and you can see the attachment to the tub. Same removal technique.
Be very careful when installing the new bellows to be sure it is seated fully and correctly all the way around the tub. Reinstall the retaining wire. Same installation technique for the front panel.
Good luck.

There are several items which may contribute to your issue at hand.
A plastic gasket seals the front to back portion right above the location where deprey gets caught when in wash cycle. When this builds up with trash and gunk not caught by the filter, it will cause water to leak out and eventually onto the floor. You may also have a build up in the drainage hose backup and release for dirty water. Check this area thoroughly!! You can also see exactly where the water is dripping so that we can identify what is the root cause of the water leak. Nothing sounds major so replacing the unit is not a good idea and would be expensive.
