1E - WATER PRESSURE SWITCH ERROR

* Generated Frequency Signal of WATER LEVEL (WIL) SIW (KHz)

Normal Level = Abnormal W/L Frequency
Low Level = 30.00 Khz
High Level = 15.00 Khz

If the same signal is detected for more than 5 seconds, it is a PRESSURE SWITCH Error. When this error occurs the drain pump will operate for 3 min. and the display will show 1 E indicating a pressure switch error.

More than likely a bad control panel!

probably the bearings, get this fixed before leak / further damage occurs.

difficult to do much there. you could try gluing something to the bowl, but it is very unlikely to hold for many cycles. you can buy new outer bowl / frames from the manufacturer.

If you had to replace blown capacitors on the control board, whatever took them out most likely took out something else on the board at the same time. Causes are many...lightning strike, moisture, bugs etc. I would look carfully at the board with a magnifing glass...you might get lucky and find a short you can fix. If not, your probably going to have to invest in a new control board.

This means Instantaneous current overload.This may signify problems with the drive motor, thermal protector or motor controller. the pressure tube is off, common problem when you have to tip washer over to change pump, replace tube to side of tub

bad water valve on cold or hot

to all that are having a problem with these calypso washers... if you have paid for a repair then you need to check out the lawsuit... calypsosettlement.com and see if it applies to you.
but if you are getting a mark or a residue on your clothes, then look at the inner wash plate gasket, where it meets with the outer stainless steel tub. if there is a gap between the gasket and the tub then thats where the marks are coming from.
it happens alot and thats not covered by the settlement, but its not too bad to replace the inner wash plate. you need to remove the cabinet, then the tub cover and the innerwash plate dome. then 6 screws and the cover will come off.
replacing the inner wash plate will solve the stains and get you a few more years of use until you have to buy a new washer as more items may fail.

I would try to clean your washer. Tide makes a washer cleaner, I use it at least once a month on my HE.
