Usually wen the led lights are blinking it means there is a problem. If you look on the door or the cover there should be a code that tells you what the blinking represents. You can get an aftermarket replacement as long as the ratings are the same. I keep a spare for my unit and its saved me several times over the years.
As to your question, it looks like the part number is 43-23204-04. Looks like several options for those specs on Amazon.

First off how do you know the motor is bad? Have you checked for voltage, the capacitor, the relay? The motor itself will have a data plate telling you horsepower/voltage/rpm/shaft size.

have you checked and tested the relay for overheating or sticking on when the problem occurs
