Haier Mechanical Air Conditioner HWF05XC7 Questions & Answers
E2 error code on Haier cprd12xh7 portable air conditioner
Hi!
You need to check pump filter. It could be jammed with a coin or hair clip. Now take the machine outside and empty it then lay it on its side and you can access the pump. Take it off, stand up the machine and pour hot water into the soap draw and check water should run out of bottom freely taking any fluff or bits with it. Now take apart the pump and clean it and dry all components before re-assembly. If the machine still doesn?t work then you need to replace the pump.

How to use it if
If the AC unit is 110V then you must plug it into a regular 110V outlet. You cannot plug it into the 220V outlet. Either get a bigger 220V unit or use a 12 gauge extension cord to get it to a 110V outlet.

Water dripping from right front of cabinet
The problem you're having is caused by two things. The drain hole near the rear of the drip pan is clogged and the downward tilt of the rear of the unt may not be enough. The general rule of tumb for rear downward tilt is 1/4" to 1/2".
The drain hole can be hard to find at times, as the clog often blends in with hole. Persistence and patience are needed to find it. A pipe cleaner works well to clear the clog.
Hope this helped you. Thanks for choosing FixYa.

I have the 5200 btu
Yes, tilting it is required. 1/4" to 1/2' is the general rule of thumb. That way, the water will flow to the drain hole near the rear of the unit. It would be a good idea to check the drain hole under the drip pan, to make sure it's not clogged.
Hope this helps and thanks for choosing FixYa.
