The purchase was a working unit of all items within the box. If they are not suitable and sufficient or general use over a low amount of time i would think it is viable to gain a refund for faulty goods as one part of the two has broken .

I have an Aloha Breeze L-Style 52" Ceiling Fan(Polished Brass), Model # 29079 Bought From Wal-Mart about 1 1/2 years ago and the fan speed switch busted and the capacitor melted. I have a new switch but can't find a new capacitor because I can't read the spec info. Looking for a place to obtain the correct capacitor for this fan so I can make necessary repairs!

home depot, Ace, true value cary rhem, probably better quality, doesnt sound like the one aloha uses are very rugged

you need a switch from them the internal mechanism is different. its free of charge

If you find them you need to buy a whole set ( 4 or 5 ). Probably not worth fixing!
