Bosch Nexxt 500 WFMC3301 Front Load Washer Questions & Answers
All wash cycles keep prematurely stopping. I am not getting any error codes.
The programmer itself might be at fault
No cycles complete .... but does the machine stop at the same part of each cycle, i.e. the rinse or the spin. If it does you can
ascribe the fault to a particular component.
If it is stopping at different points it would probably be the programmer.
A technician should be able to definitively diagnose the fault
How do I use the bosch washer drum sanitizer cycle?
I don't have my Bosch washer any longer, but if I recall correctly there is a specific "cycle" for the sanitizer cycle, just drop in the tablet ( a specific product for high efficiency washers) and run the cycle.
Bosch next 500 series stops mid-cycle
I had a similar problem, after ruling out the following
kink in drainage hose
no blocking of filter
drainage pump ok
ok we eventually found out it was the heater, sounds strange I know as you would not necessarily relate the heater to mid cycle stop an drainage problem....but it sorted ours
ours hope this might help
help regards R
Will not spin goes thru cycle empties water never spins
Ouch! - had the same exact problem. I took my machine apart and checked for clogs, checked the bushing, checked for bent or obstructed hoses, checked for loose or damaged belts, loose or broken electrical connections etc and nothing "simple" seemed to be the issue. The whole machine looked pretty much brand new as far as wear and tear.
Then I tried all the trouble shooting and eventually got an error code that I thought would lead to an easy explanation- but I received little to no help directly from Bosch. They want you to call in a serviceman - even though you have a specific error code and only desire to know what it means.
My machine was past the warranty and I had the extended 5 year warranty(imagine that, just past warranty and then something breaks!) - I spent hours looking online for help - not much was available for this problem for this model -I determined I either needed a new motor or a new computer board or a serviceman to come in and then tell me I needed one or the other or possibly both. Any scenario was going to be very expensive($200 - $500 range just for parts) Since Bosch is not making that model anymore and the service and parts was going to add up to a pretty substantial bill I opted to buy a new washer - with warranty!
Sorry to be the barer of bad news - maybe you can take the shot at bringing in a serviceman and find it's only a minor problem - I did talk to a few "handymen" that I know and NONE had good things to say about the BOSCH washers. They do make good hand tools however!
Good Luck
