How do I balance the
There are no balance adjustments, the drum is a floating design on springs and ,lower hydraulic arms. The drum is also weighted for passive counterbalance.
The error code Sud is
That's because there was too much soap put into the machine . Try to run empty cycles ( 1 towel only , no soap) until the over sudsing is gone.
Doesn't seem to use enough water. If I don't use
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
It might not be that the machine isn't using enough water. Have you checked the drain filter- in case not all of the soiled water is being drained?
Sorry but I do not know your particular machine BUT I would suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters. The motor is unable to drain all of the water in the allotted time.
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and held in by a round cover/knob.
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. If it doesn't work then the motor is malfunctioning!
Hope the filter is the problem and good luck!

Washer hose strainer? removeing them does it
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France, Tuesday evening 20:40 and nothing on TV!
If you mean the hot/cold inlet hoses filters- no. They are there to collect any rubbish which otherwise would get into the machine and possibly cause damage. If one is blocked and not been checked a service guy would likely feel a bit peeved at being called out for it- and might even charge despite the machine being under guarantee.
It's only a case of unscrewing the pipe at the washer end, cleaning the filter if necessary, and screwing it back.
I suppose I'm wondering why, if the machine is new/has not been used that much, you suspect the filters- unless the inlet pipework is also new, with the possibility of detritus.
Hope this helps,
John C
Water enters too slow. Error E02---Cleaned Hose
Begin your pump cleaning procedure by first disconnecting the power and turning the water supply lines off.
To properly remove the access panel, find a very small slotted (flat bladed) screwdriver that will fit easily into the hole in the access panel.
GENTLY push in ever so slightly and rotate the access panel CLOCKWISE. The panel will fall away and you will now see inside the unit a rather large handle.
NOTE: BEFORE removing the pump drain get yourself a towel to catch the water that will come spilling out of the pump housing. There is a good amount of water, nearly a 1 litre / 1 quart.
Grasp the handle and rotate it COUNTER-CLOCKWISE. The water in the pump will drain out, as will any lint or debris material in this filter unit.
Using an CLEAN rag, proceed to wipe out the interior of the housing. Any material that builds up in here can be a source for odors left in your clothing. It is a good idea to clean this housing at least 1 or 2 times per year, depending on how much use your units gets. The more loads per week, especially if you have a rather large family, you might consider doing this cleaning 4 times a year with the changing of the seasons.
You will also need to clean the filter plug. Be careful not to damage the rubber gasket, if you damage the gasket the housing will leak.
When everything is clean, re-install the filter plug, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN! Re-install the access panel. Turn on the water supply lines and replug the AC line into the wall outlet.
Run a Quick Wash cycle to clean out the pump of any other loosened materials.
Hope this helps everyone out.

I had a E04 error
Hi, check to see if the washer is leaking where the inlet hoses are connected to the washer and to the faucet. Make sure both ends of both inlet hoses contain the hose washers that came in the parts bag with the washer. Make sure all the connections are tight. If necessary, tighten the connections to stop leaks.
Also check to see if either the hot or the cold water hose is leaking either along its length or where it attaches to the faucet or to the water inlet valve. In the simplest case, you may simply need to tighten the hose slightly at one end or the other. A pair of pliers can be used to tighten the hose fitting, but be very careful not to over tighten at the water inlet valve end because here the hoses screw onto plastic or nylon threads that can be stripped by over tightening..
Washing errored and now I cannot open it...HELP!
Since I am the husband of this poster, and fixed the washer last night I thought I would post the details to help anyone else out with similar problems.
So, the issue was a clogged up drain line, and it needed to be cleaned. here is how to do it.
remove the circular access panel at the front lower right of the washer. To do it, pry up the side of the circle near the small hole, and at the same time twist the thing clocwise.
Next you see a big hand turnable plug. And also a white plastic zip tie hanging. If you pull the white zip tie downward, the door will release allowing you to get the stuff out, in our case a big rug. Also start unscrewing the plug slowly. Water will leak out, lots of it until the washer drains. In my case we have a floor drain underneath the washer, so I let it all go down there. You may need to get a small pan or something and dump it a few times.
Once the plug is removed, the clog was obvious. there is an impeller and screen leading out to the drain, it was completely clogged with pieces of the rug. I pulled it all out, put the plug screw back in and ran a cycle with no clothes in. It all went smoothly after that! good luck.
When I try to wash I get a E27 on the display
I had to call the repairman. He said it was an overheated solenoid in the door lock. The "repair" is to let the washer cool for about 10 minutes (unplug it), then try again. If you're still getting the code, you'll probably need to call a repairman like I did. Though once he put it into diagnostic mode the code "cleared" and it works again. The final fix is to replace the lock.
Rubber seal has come off and cannot get the metal
You will need to stretch the metal ring a bit. Once stretched make sure to shape in a circle again. Using two screw drivers and two pair of hands pull the metal ring back around the gasket. It is a real pain to do, but can be done. Make sure that the spring is located at the bottom of the rubber gasket. I'm sure that they make a special tool to do this, but this worked for us and washer still works fine.
I have a Bosch WFVC3300UC
Hi, unplug the machine for a few minutes. According to a repair guy, more and more appliances just need to be unplugged so to reboot the computer whenever they are acting funky.
All in all this should be the first thing you try when you have this issue before checking the drain hose....
