Id suggest that you make sure you don't have debris clogging the vent ports. Apple's vents are between the display and the lower case. They're kinda hard to see so put you monitor down as flat as it will go like 180 degrees away from the bottom case and turn it around. If its dirty you cab try to clean it with compressed air or canned air, but its best to open it up and blow it out of the machine not in. Try re downloading the silverlight driver. I had a similiar issue a few weeks ago, I delayed my update to watch something, the browser crashed, and I got the a similiar error.
