You have two basic choices:
contact the manufacturer directly via this link, or you can contact the UK retailer as the product will be covered by the
Sale of Goods Act.
In practice, posting your crock pot back to the UK retailer for refund or replacement will probably be prohibitive, so the manufacturer's website is the best option. Unfortunately this model seems to have a real problem with handles breaking and lids shattering.
