GE squeeks to loud to use when starting to AGITATE
The front "bracket apron" as probably be come bent. Remove the front panel and look at the part the shocks hand from. When the tub is full of water, the bracket is bending so much that the motor is rubbing on the bottom frame. You should wear marks there also if I am correct.
Here is a link to the new bracket. Here is a video to show you how to open the washer panel.
With the panel off, run a load laundry and see if it is rubbing.

Washing machine will not spin
It sounds like it might be the belt. You should unplug the machine, take the bolts and screws off of the back and lift the cover off. Look for the belt and see if you notice any damage or anything wrong with the belt.
Hope this helps! Please rate my answer :) Thanks!

Washer wants to start at the Wash portion of the
Hi this is a bad pressure switch, it is located in the control panel behind the knobs, its the switch that changes the water level, sometimes you can switch it back in forth real fast from small to large size load and it will start working. But it will eventually need replaced, that part usually runs around $30-50.00.

Cold water will not stop running
I am assuming that you are having a problem with the cold water overfilling the machine. If only the cold water is overfilling and not the hot, then the fill valve is sticking.
If both hot and cold are contributing to the overflow when the washer is set to 'warm', then it is also possible that the fill valve hose (that goes from the tub to the fill valve switch) may be loose or disconnected (or possibly clogged).

All the lights light up, but washer won't fill
Unplug the machine for one minute. Plug back in and raise and lower the lid six times within 12 seconds. You may need to do it several times before it resets. After resetting the inverter board, put the machine in a spin cycle and see if it runs. If not, check for a green blinking light on the inverter board. It will flash failure codes according to the picture above. If no light you probably have a blown fuse built into the neutral side of the harness on the white/red wire.
