Yes - the motor has been too weak for what you have tried to mash so, instead of frying itself trying to do its job it has just been shut down by the protection system of the juicer.
But if this has happened on a normal use (you have followed the dosages from the manual) then it's a sign of a manufacturing defect - return the unit and either get a new one or (preferably) your money back.

It could be the fuse is bad and the cord is also bad too. The fuse inside of the juicer and the power cord will both need to be replaced.If the motor has quit working then you will have to buy another juicer.

Never oil a power switch. Sounds like a defective switch and if others have the same problem go to the manufacturer website and look for a possible recall or solution.

Sir/Ma'am which specific model and type of Omega Juicer you are using? Is it Centrifugal Juicer, Pulp Ejector Juicer, Citrus Juicer or Masticating Juicer? Is there specific thing happens when you switch on it like it vibrate or something or it shows no response? and when you tried it on the outlets which problem they diagnosed for it. Unscrew the bottom cover to expose the electrical cord. Check voltage if coming from the electrical cord by using a tester.If there is power, look for a a thermistor or a fuse and test if it is broken.
