Check the blade with it off the base and make sure that it spins freely. Check the spindle on the base and see if it feels hard to turn. If the spindle turns too easy , then the connection inside the base is broken and needs replacing.

I would try searching on the official website to see if there is a replacement part for your blender.

The rubber gasket on the bottom of the blender and where the blade goes into needs to be replaced. Or just buy another blender.

I think that the fuses are not working anymore and need to be replaced and the blenders motor is no longer working and needs to be replaced too. It would be more convenient to buy a new blender than to fix the current blender that you have that is not working anymore.
