How do I fix or

Make sure the blade assembly is put together in the correct order. The blade needs to go through the gasket so that the order is pitcher glass, gasket, and metal blade base. Then the final plastic cap threaded onto the pitcher. If the gasket is not between the pitcher and the metal blade assembly, you will have leaks.
Also, check the gasket to be sure it's not cracked and that it doesn't have residue on it.
I hope this helps. If it does, please come back and rate my suggestion!

Two buttons are stuck in on my kitchen aid blender.

I have been searching for an answer to this same problem. My chop and mix buttons were stuck and I was getting no power or blinking lights. After finding no help on-line, I decided to take it apart and fix myself. It was easy and it worked! 1. Take the bottom of the mixer off by removing the rubber foot pads and remove the exposed 4 screws. 2. Remove the 3 sets of wires that are attached to the inside panel with clips. Very easy to remove, just squeeze at the base of the clips and pull up.3. Remove the 2 screws holding that panel in place and gently lift off. 4. Remove the panel found under the top panel by also removing 2 screws. When you flip this panel over you will see what operates the switches. In my blender the black plastic nubs that push against the buttons that were stuck and got twisted off kilter so they were not resetting properly. I just put a small screwdriver in there to try and straighten them as much as possible. All of these steps will be obvious as you disassemble the blender.5. Push on the back of the buttons that were stuck to get them unstuck before reassembling everything back together.I was surprised how easy a fix this was and how obvious what the problem was when I opened the blender up. No soldering or fancy tools needed, just 5-10 minutes and a phillips head screwdriver!Good luck!

The blender seems to be operating at a slower

Usually blenders have various speeds for a reason. The various speed are supposed to be used for different operations. This unit is famed to be the most powerful blender currently available with its 0.9 horsepower to provide fast consistent blending. There are various possible causes of the problem the first being the soft start feature which is created in such a way that the blending starts slowly.
Although for frozen fruit you would want to try the crush ice feature on the unit.
Also the slow movement could be caused by low voltage being supplied to the unit or the blender motor getting bad. here is a link to the device user manual this could come in handy.

Check for cracks in the bottom of the glass. If it continues leaking then the gasket is compressed and no matter if it visually looks good, cause it has lost their sealant skills. Replace the gasket

Teeth sheared off the coupler drive on KitchenAid Blender

Hi,
You should be able to remove this assembly from the other parts - then you will have enough room to work on it.
Remember to clean the seal area if disturbed or it may leak.
