Bosch Nexxt 100 Series WFMC1001UC Front Load Washer - Page 8 Questions & Answers
When I turn the washer on any cycle to wash all
I suspect that the controller board is defective and a possibility that the microcontroller is faulty.
Since the main board is filled with epoxy it will be difficult to identify the component as the testing becomes tiring.
Look for any chance that the board has any visible damage, any power related issues. If not the board may need a change.
The washing machine door won't
Has it been stuck? Check the screws that holds the washer door. If the metal parts have corroded, the door probably is stuck. You might have to lubricate the metal parts to loosen it up.
It might also be caused by a broken door switch. You might have accidentally slammed it shut and now it won't open up. Pry it gently but you might need to replace the switch.

This is for the WFMC6400, but it could help.
To manually unlock the door lock system, perform the
following steps:
1. Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
2. Remove the lower toe panel.
3. Reach up along the inside of the front panel and
locate the bottom of the
door latch assembly.
4. Located on the bottom of the door latch
assembly is a teardrop shaped tab.
Gently pull the
tab down approximately 1/4 inch,
or until a click is heard.
5. The door may now be manually opened.

Washer not draining
Probably the pump filter needs cleaning.
It should be located at the bottom front of washer behind drop down cover, turn anti-clockwise to remove and clean.
Panel lights are on. push on button nothing
I have experienced the same thing a number of times. To solve, open the door, then turn the knob, and push the start button on and off, and push the delayed start button (3, 6, 12 hour). Then close the door, and retry. This routine seems to reset the system.
Bosch 100 series will not drain
You need to check and clean the pump filter if you have not already done so.
This is located at the bottom front right of washer.
Unscrew anti-clockwise to remove and clean.
Washer will not drain
There may be more debris in there or the impellor is now broken from its shaft, the pump will need replacing.
Unit won't spin or agitate.
What u are describing is a classic symptom of a defective motor control circuit board, take a look at the board and look for any signs of burned connectors, there are many reported problem's with this dryer, i consider this a factory defect judging by the number of similar failures i have seen, it might be worth the effort to call Bosch home appliance customer service support phone number in your owners manual and see if they can help with the repair cost
Washing cycle works, but when starts spin cycle it
Have you checked the lid switch? There should be a tab on the lid that presses into an opening. The opening contains a switch that lets the machine know that the lid is closed. Try to push it in with a screwdriver to see if the spin cycle starts. The switch could be damaged even if the tab, or screwdriver can press it in.
My bosch nexxt wont drain and flashes e04 checked
The 03 error code is the drain. Disconnect the drain hoses
and check for blockages. If no blockage "time" the drain interval. If
it's more than 6 minutes it's the pump. Also make sure you're using the
correct
type of soap so the ball check valve on the bottom of the outer drum
isn't
getting fouled with excessive suds. Also disconnect the drain hose from
your
house plumbing and let it free flow on it's own. This will tell you if
the
block is in your plumbing, and not in the machine. Assuming that your
filter is clean.

Wont spin
Hi,
This sounds as a clear lid switch problem. If goes through all cycles but won’t spin which means that the washer doesn't know whether the lid is closed. Just hearing if it clicks or not is not always a sign it's good. It seems an issue with the timer. Engage it in the spin cycle where you know it should be spinning. Make sure the lid is closed. Hold the timer knob and try wiggling the timer shaft up and down and around without turning the knob. If it starts and stops then for sure it’s a bad timer. You may still have a bad timer if nothing happens. You can verify it with a meter. Let us know if you want something else please accept the solution.

How to raise the water level in a nexxt 100 series
Water level is set according to the pressure system within the machine and this is not adjustable, One thing to make sure of is that your waste pipe is not pushed to far into the drain pipe as this may cause sythoning, and thus you are in fact loosing water via drain pipe
Bosch Nexxt 100 series front load washer
You first of all need to check the pump filter.
This should be located at the botom front right of washer.
Look for a drop down flap or cover, once located, unscrew filter anti-clockwise to remove and clean.
The pump itself is directly behind the filter housing, check there is nothing stuck in the housing.
This should solve the prob.
Please leave feedback for my solution.
Thankyou.
Three of the lights are flashing and it won't lock
The door lock and switch assembly (part number 497255) is faulty and requires to be replaced. Disconnect power to the machine prior to servicing to avoid the risk of electric shock.
Open the washer door and locate the retaining wire hoop hidden in the fold of the door gasket securing it to the outer lip of the door opening. Grasp the wire at the spring
location using a pair of needle-nose pliers and stretch the spring to
clear the gasket, and then remove the wire and spring assembly.
Remove the two screws securing the door lock and switch assembly to the front panel. Peel
off the door gasket near the door switch then pull the door switch off
the front panel and out of the washer.
Disconnect the wires from
the door switch terminals then connect it to the new door switch.
Secure the new door switch back to the front panel then put the door
gasket back over the lip of the door opening. Properly secure the door
gasket to the lip of the door opening with the retaining wire hoop. Do not over tighten the retaining wire hoop to avoid tearing off the gasket.
