Tv shutting off wont let me delete parental code, i dont know what it is

You can reset the parental pass-code. Most RCA and GE TV sets use a four digit code to control the v-chip. The code reset procedure is different depending on the model. Try each method until you find one that works:

1. Hold down MENU on the remote and VOLUME DOWN on the TV it's self at the same time for at least 4 seconds. The set won't say so, but the lock will be unlocked

2. Hold down the 0 on the remote and the VOLUME DOWN buttons on the TV its self at the same time for at least 4 seconds. The set won't say so, but the lock will be unlocked

3. Hold down the MENU button on the front of the TV and the TV button on the remote at the same time for at least 4 seconds.

4. Hold down GO BACK on the remote and MENU on the front of the TV at the same time for at least 4 seconds.

5. Hold down EJECT on the front of the TV and the MENU button on the remote at the same time for at least 4 seconds. Depending on the model, one of the methods should unlock the V-chip. Now, if desired, you can change the settings on the V-chip by going to the MENU and going to PARENTAL CONTROLS, or on some sets, going to MENU and then going to TV SETUP, then to V-CHIP SET.

If audio output is OK, the fault must be to its horizontal output section. Check and replace horizontal output transformer, and associated damaged component/s.

Tv not turn on . no stand by light at all

You have to check its main power supply section for the fault. There must be some shorted component/s. This is the reason for the blown out fuse in the plug. As the set is new; as you report here, it will be best to get it repaired by the authorized service center, before warranty period expires.

My tv is JVC model # is AV-21MT35 the new technician needs the schematic diagram. my old technician lost the parts to be replaced one is for the horizontal out and the other one regulator...

You can use [BU508AF or C3886A OR D5702] as horizontal output. All of these transistors are equivalent to each other, and is commonly used with RCA TVs. But, if there is a fault with its Horizontal output Transformer, {LOT}, none of these transistors won't last long. They will heat up excessively, and will get shorted. Therefore, check whether the LOT has any trouble. Ask your technician. He will be sound enough how to check it. Mo multimeter check is possible with this component. His experience in service work will help him to troubleshoot this problem.

Lg tv ticking

There is some shorted component/s in the circuit board. The short circuit protection circuit detects this short, and shuts down your TV again and again. That is why you hear these 'tick' sounds repeatedly. Contact any experienced service technician to get your TV repaired. The work is skilled one, which need sound knowledge in electronics, and work experience.
