Kawasaki 19.2 cordless drill

Re: Burned trigger switch: call the number on the drill (800.590.3723) and tell them what happened. They will offer to send you a new switch or have you send the drill in for replacement of the switch--although the person I talked with said they would probably just replace the whole drill.

Try tapping on the sides of the drill to see if that fixes your problem. If not then you might try to get ahold of Kawasaki and see if theres anything they can do under warranty.

Having charged both batteries the

Hi there, let me see if I can help.

1.Since this is a 4 piece kit, test the batteries in some of the other tools to make sure the batteries are good

2. This could be a malfunctioning unit, If you just bought it, take it back to the store and get a replacement, (you may have to take in all 4 and do a complete swap but most home improvement stores have no problem doing this)

3. The Forward and Reverse selector just above the trigger is stuck in the middle meaning, the drill is not in forward or reverse and when you press the trigger nothing happens. See Page 15 of this PDF for more information.

4. If none of this works, there is a Recall for that Battery Unit. Check This PDF to see if what you bought applies.

Hope this helps.

When the charger is left

when the battery is fuly charged if im not mistaken the green light will still stay on but will not be charging the battery anymore. All the light is doing is indicating that the battery is fully charged. It is not recommended that you leave the battery sitting on the charger for long periods of time since batteries an get a memory from a charger and then you might start having some battery issues. Hope this helps.

Are the drills included only for wood drilling?

As long as the drill bits do not have points on them you can drill plastic ect.
The short bits are for working in tight areas.

You can try Alltradetools.com and under parts/service they will advise you how to go about it. You will need the tool catalog number handy when contacting them. Let me know if this works because this is the first time I have tried them.

frist of all .there is no recall by Kawasaki on this unit!!!!!!!!!, if anyone tells you that there wrong. There are two units soled, one is green and black. this unit is for small home uses only, and its not for sheet rocking and or deck building. The other unit made, is a Little tougher. but steel for home use only, that one, is the black unit and sliver. the problem is over use of the unit, and using it, for what it was not designed for. The company that makes this unit is coming out with A higher amp switch. The company is (All trade) please use the unit for what it was designed for. Now to clare fy I'm A kawasaki engine and power service center, along with over 82 Manufacture and hundreds of products. this unit is not warranted by kawasaki bit by ALL Trade. thank you, good luck
