GE Nautilus 24" Built-in Dishwasher - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Water leak through garbage disposal
I'm pretty sure the "air hose" is the drain hose from the dishwasher and is supposed to empty in the garbage disposal. Garbage disposals are made for this optional hook up with a plug you have to knock out and remove from the inside of the disposal. If you run the dishwater with the hose not connected to disposal it has to be going somewhere!
Always little crumbs in glasses on top rack
Cleaning screens is part of regular use of the dishwasher and how to should be included in the user guide. If you don't have one look for it on the internet by searching for user manual for your model number which can be usually found on the side of the door or frame where the door closes. Good luck.
No water goes into dishwasher.
I've experienced the same thing. Try very slowly rotating timer dial, click by click, until the water starts. Sometimes 3 or 4 clicks will start water. (You're advancing the clock.) Usually water starts in before the dial points to, "Short Wash." If this doesn't work, advance the dial to, "Off," unlock and open the door, reset, close, the soap dispenser, close and lock the door, and slowly advance the dial until the unit starts. I think this problem is a clock to pump issue and what I've described does a reset of the system. This happens to me once or twice per month. Poor engineering but still better than buying a new machine...at least 'till now.
How do I find fuses in my dishwasher?
Bi-Metl Thermal Fuse:
This is a thermal safety device that installs in the console. When the temperature inside the dishwasher gets too high, the bi-metal fuse burns out and breaks the circuit that allows electricity to flow to and from the main electric control board.
Where are the fuses in the nautilus dishwasher
I do not believe there are fuses inside the dishwasher.
When the Use and Care Manual mentions a fuse (Fuse is blown, or the circuit breaker tripped), it is referring to the Fuse Panel/Circuit Breaker Panel.

How does my ge dishwasher heat the water
Suggest:
1)check if the hose was mistakenly attached to the cold water line instead of the hot water
2)if you mean the water is not being heated for the "sanitizing cycle"....then the heater element may be burned out or have a bad connection....or you have not programmed/selected the "sanitize" cycle.
3)if your unit was working OK and this problem just started....then I expect the problem is 2)
good luck
