The first thing would be to uninstall the Wireless device and software. I would then look for a BIOS update for the mother board it may not be set up to work with a USB wireless device as it is an older model. You may have better luck using a PCI wireless card directly on the Motherboard.

you might have to uninstall your keyboard restart your computer then reinstall it
make sure the ps2 lead connection is secure and dust free (if applicable)

You need to flash your bios before it becomes totally corrupted. You are losing small bits of information that your motherboard needs to continue functioning.
I have what i believe is the proper page for your bios, but your exact model doesn't show up when I search the site, so the best solution for your problem is the MSI live bios update located at the bottom of this webpage:
http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=bios&maincat_no=1&prod_no=1150
Simply install that and allow it to automatically fix your bios for you.

Hi m_o_redz,
If you are using the on-board (integrated video), S3 Graphics Chrome9 HC Integrated Graphics core. Than check you're video cable, video cable connection. Try another monitor. If all check out ok than the MSI integrated video is defective. Suggest you install a PCI-E video card.
If you are using a PCI-E card, try removing it. Clean the copper contacts using a cotton swab & alcohol. (Let it dry) Than reseat the PCI-E card.
Try booting again.
Good Luck!

FIRST....... Make sure you remove the stock thermal compund (pasty/sticky stuff) from the bottom of the heat sink as well as from the top of the cpu.........
Second APPLY some ARCTIC SILVER 5 compound-ust a thin coat of it over the top of the cpu......use an old credit card.....keep it ff the sides and bottom though......it's important not to use too much........one little tube will do anywhere from 3 to 5 CPUs...!!!
(stock thermal paste/thermal compunds......**** BADLY and can cause a cpu to burn up)
reseat (properly) the cpu and carefull
Now make sure you're 24 pin or 20+4Pin Power connectors are connected, as well as your fans..........disconnect all your SATA Devices, and remove everything but the video card , CPU, and fans.......Now it should post (if all your jumpers are set correctly...........
IF it still doesn't post, remove the video card and reboot.
If it doesn't beep at all......... You have one of 2 things.........A DEAD CPU, or a DEAD MOBO
