To reset the BIOS password read the information from this

Before you open it up I would suggest trying Hiren's Boot CD and Kill CMOS to wipe the BIOS.

The Lifebook will never work with a finger or plain stylus touch. It must have an appropriate Wacom Stylus. Various Wacom products will function but the original will fit the screen dock. An available source of an alternative , functional, and reasonable fit in the slot ( a secure fit and allows the lid to close normally ), may be found on eBay - See Item # 140504970431. These units do not require a power source but are interactive. This supplier has a very prompt and reliable service. Good luck. Paul W.
Fijutsu T4210 it is on
Hi, it is possible that the Ram may be faulty,or the Screen so to confirm, connect external monitor to the VGA port(Blue in color) and also check each RAM chip one after the other to bring out the the faulty one.
No display. The tablet powers on, ut the screen
From what I"m reading in your notes it seems to me that you are having a board issue lights out. No power to the USB as well as dark screen try pressing F8 and during a reboot. If you are able to get to the BIOS set the BIOS to boot from CD or DVD as the first boot option under boot section order in most cases it is already the default setting.
Also place the system recovery disc in the drive then go ahead and do a repair first. Then if this does not solve it then do a full install if you cannot even get to this part of it then I'm afraid it is more than likely the board went bad on you. I suggest this one goes to the shop for a review and let them handle it. It is defiantly a connection failure on the board. I really hate to say it. One last ditch would be to let it cool down completely for a while see if it turns on again after cooling. I have had that happen for me many times. I hope she comes back to life for you. John

Space bar sticks
If you can get the space bar button off without messing up the button or the tactile underneath it then get if off and with a damp cottonball with glass cleaner wipe off the button and then wipe off the area where the plastic tactile is. As long as you can press on it and have it go down and come back up then the tactile and area is clean.
Important thing will be to get the button to go back on properly.
If your having problems with getting the button off and don't want to go thru the cleaning process then replacing the keyboard would be the 2nd option.
Not recognizing AC power
Its probably the power connector not connected to the motherboard / circuit or some of the circuitry inside the laptop is damaged / broken so might want to take it to a laptop repair place and get it looked at.
Fujitsu tablet pc 4210 - bluetooth
You will probably need to go looking for your Bluetooth Driver CD. I have a P1610 as well and it does not come with Bluetooth installed but it has that deceptive sticker on the front making you think it is ready. Well hope that helps and that you didn't toss out the CDs
Missing key from keyboard
I suggest trying eBay. You can find almost anything you need there and it's possible the key that you are looking for will be there. Is your tablet still within the warranty period? If so, contact them for a replacement. If they give you garbage about it, tell them you will report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General for the state that you live in. Also let them know that you will post in every forum you can find on the Internet about how crappy their customer service is. Since they don't want that to happen, they most likely will cough up the key. And don't let your friend use your tablet anymore!
