To download music from internet you need a down loader.

First, download lime wire go to (www.download.com) search lime wire. After you have search the lime wire click it and download. Once you have already downloaded the lime wire install it. The lime wire icon are shown in the desktop now you can start to download a music.

Second, open the lime wire icon shown in the desktop search the artist of the music. Once you have already search the artist all music title of the artist are shown there chose and click the music title you want to download. The download process are shown at the bottom of open lime wire. Once the download process reach to 100% it is shown complete.

Third, if the download complete you can locate it in the folder where the lime wire installed. To locate you can right click the music which is completely download. Right click it and you can read there where the music located. Good luck and more power, thanks for using fixya.

If controls won't work, guess your device is defective. According to it's value, verify if it's wotrh to repair ir.

This model does not support MP5 formats.

If the package says "MP5", it's because it's wrong.
If not, please update the firmware or find a customer service representative for repairing.

Bad news. The Zen V Plus is known for screen problems - early warning signs include screen discoloration, lines on the screen or dimming. Eventually, the screen will go black. Possible reasons include poorly-mounted screens, short life of OLED displays, and susceptibility of screens to damage from moisture. Well, thanks to my investigations I have found there is a solution. Pressing reset will not work and installing new f/w is a pain.

Instead, open your S9 system folder, and simply delete the "PARAM" file. Power off. Power up. (There is no need to change firmware at all).

You are back at the original screen. 1. Choose your language. 2. Next DO NOT CHOOSE THE EUROPE setting. 3. Third, choose your radio setting - any will do.
