If your system is prompting you for the Power-On Password there are a few things you can try.First - remove the Battery and the Power Cord. Next remove the RTC battery. Greetings my friend, regarding on your problem try to remove your battery then clean it and after you clean insert it back. then used the power connector and insert it in the DC plug and wait for 5 - 10 mins before you turn on your laptop. In that way the battery is already charging then try also to touch the battery of the laptop if it is charging or not by touching the battery and when it warms meaning it charge otherwise it is not charging. Then if your findings are true that your battery are not charging then try to test it with tester so that you check the status of your battery.

If the fan making a smooth spin, but the noise is too loud, then it means the fan is trying to dissipate the heat. Probably the air inlet and or the air outlet (also the fan itself) is dirty (or clogged) and you need to clean it up using a canned air. You may need to open the case/body if the dust become a dust ball (and you need a tweezer and qtip to pickup the dust ball and clean up the fan blades).
