Hi, How do you reset you iphone? Do you want to restore to original factory setting or restore to the back up. Everytime you connect your iphone to computer which have Itunes, Itunes will try to sync the change between Itunes and your Iphone. Before doing that, Itunes always create a back up. If you want, you can restore to early good point back up. There is other way to restore your iphone. Google and download your iphone firmware, save it. When click Restore in Itunes, press Shift key at the same time, it will ask you the firmware you want to restore, browser where you saved and restore you iphone to the firmware you want. Hope this will help. Thanks for reading.
If your iPhone is not charging when you plug it into a wall charger or into you computer's usb port, this is a usb connectivity issue and the connection just needs to be reset. All that needs to be done is plug the iPhone's cable into the phone but don't plug into the computer yet. Hold the phone's select button (the round button with the square) down for about 30 seconds or until the apple appears on the screen. your phone will reload and reset the connection and the computer should recognize the device. Allow the phone to charge for at least 30 minutes before unplugging.
