Cannot watch DVD movie.
Possibly you do not have codecs installed, they allow either windows media player or other players to decode the dvd then play it. If you want to save the hassle of searching for them, get Cyberlink DVD player....it is a DVD player that strictly plays DVD's without having to get a codec or decoder. OR...If you have Win XP, their is a small DVD Codec specifically designed for Windows Media Player called "DVD Decoder Pak for Windows XP" the size is 1MB.
The webcam is not activated. How can I activate
Try holdoing down FN (bottom left of your keyboard) with associated F button (top of your keyboard) For example : Hold FN and F5 down together and release together. The associated F button should have a picture of a camera on it.

Amilo MS2212 power input
If by power input you mean where you plug in the AC adpater. No, you will have to completely separate the top and bottom of the case. This means usually unplugging the cables for touch pad keyboard, be careful. Often they are on a dongle. but some are soldered to the main-board and difficult to replace.
No power / start
Is the battery connected? If so, remove the battery and try powering up just on mains power. This may then start okay.
Return key failing to return to beginning of next
IF THIS HAPPENED ..TRY TO GO TO SYSTEM RESTORE...MAKING SURE U PIC THE DAY WHEN UR PC WAS STILL WORKING WELL...AND ALL WILL BE OK...HOPEFULLY..;;.IF NOT GO TO SETTING....OR CHECK DEVISE MANAGER IF NOTHING IS TICKET WITH A YELLOW MARK....IN KEYBOARD...IF IT DOES ...CLICK RIGHT AND CLICK REPAIR...

If you could be more specific about your issue that what exact problem are you facing right now? In most of cases when keyboard doesnt work properly esp after liquid damage then the best way is to relace it.
