How to remove password
After you login to the account,Goto Controlpanel>>User accounts>>Click on the Username
-Click on Remove Password
-It will prompt you to enter the current password
-Enter the current password and then restart the system to find that the issue is resolved

I can't verify this, but it's worth a shot:
Go into Acer Arcade or Acer Arcade Deluxe OR go into Windows MediaCenter and then select Acer Arcade. Once in Acer Arcade there should bea program called DV Wizard. Once in DV Wizard select Acer Crystal EyeWebcam and the rest is obvious. Once you are done and click stoprecording, the video that you recorded will be in your Videos folder.

The acer's built in software is designed to only do snapshots. There are tons of free software available, but Movie Maker is the easiest to begin with. Any "video capture" software will work. Have fun; don't forget to rate this.
Crystal eye
use handy recovery to recover the images i am giving the link for the trail version select the drive were do u expect the image to be deleted then analyse it and recover.. and i dont think crystal eye can recover deleted images only handy recovery can this is the link....
